  • I love music sofa king much.

After a long long while I found my blog somewhere on google. I was even amazed that I had a blog wow, I even forgotten what my own blog url was.

Not sure how many readers I get now, I probably strike off as a prepubescent adolescent kiddo that uses a blog to rant and cry back rather than a place of reflection and thoughts.

Reading through my old posts, I was like, do I swear that much back then? I mean I still swear nowadays, but not so much. I can still relate to how I was thinking back then even after much growth.

I scrapped my old music player by the side, added another at the bottom with updates to the songs too!

First song is Little talks from Of Monsters & men, I found this band after Twitter suggestions. After a little search on youtube, I found their music video of Little talks, the music and lyrics were unique enough to be included in.

Second song is Your heart is a muscle the sized of your fist from Ramshackle Glory. As a huge folk punk fan, this song simply stands out. It's a song about the different lives of their friends, with a sad little twist in the end.

Third song is The Listening from Lights. I have been a fan of Lights for a while now, After a couple of online buddies started introducing me to her music, generally in her songs, lyrics aren't too cheesy coupled with electro elements is the right fit for me.

Next up is All is hell that ends well from Two steps from hell. Two steps from hell has always been one of my most anticipated bands now. And this has to be the best from their new album "Skyworld". The sick transition towards the end fits in nicely.

Fifth song is Shine your Light from Robbie Robertson. This is the song from Ladder 49 a movie about how a fireman got his job to how he found his love and finally to how he died. A touching song for a touching movie. The vocals execution was perfect too.

Hair pool from Defiance, Ohio is up next. As much as I try to keep different genres in the list, this folk punk song is simply too good not to put in. From the lyrics to how the different instruments lined up nicely together. It's a beautiful piece.

I thought it'd be nice to add something of different language in, so next is Tsunaida te from Lil'B. No, this is not based god I'm talking about. This is a song from Fullmetal Alchemist brotherhood I believe. I can't pinpoint out why this song is good but I like the casual feel that it gives off as well as a mildly sad tune to it.

Family first from Woe, is me is up next. The band's destructive reforms and drama embroiled in it had this song has been buried underneath all the mess. It's a pretty good song, with no screaming elements, lyrics are typical-Rise-records-stuff but the music was good overall and Hance's cleans was the perfect fit for this song.

Rhythm of Love from Plain white tees is next. Perhaps I ran out of ideas of what to put in, but this song has its own stand in my mildly-depressing playlist with its happy whimsical chimes.

Lastly, Iridescent from Linkin Park. I've been a major fan of Linkin Park, since from their hybrid theory album all the way to their huge music transitions in their latest album. This track was used for a transformers movie and they made some really sick music video out of it. Coupled with the amazing song, 31 million views for it was simply an understatement for this piece.

Songs update aside, with nearing to the end of my bioengineering course, I have learnt quite a lot of things, as apart from course curriculum, through the years and issues I have learnt to be much more tolerant towards things (and I gained some weight too).

I've been kind of interested in the whole MBTI thing, so I did some test, but no definitive type came out, there's always some 1% gray areas..

A friend of mine said I'm ISTP, but ah wells, I wouldn't know myself.

Initially Mai started the trend of saying "Happy Christmas, Merry New Years!"

Somehow I kinda liked it, so I just used it from there during each Christmas/New Years.. It was probably one of the first few "trolls" attempted but back then, didn't know what was a troll, until it went viral on forums. Whatever, I don't even bother to type shit on the internet now. Not worth my time and kinda pointless, is it not?

So, recently, I've been listening to postcore/screamo based music. I do not much understand why would I like such extreme music, perhaps I'll make another blog post on it. Primarily, I'd say that bands/singers performing such music, would have deep emotions etched to their music.

2011 is almost over, like it or not, its another revolution around the Sun. Time seem to crawl yet jet by this year.

While we're all studying, it'd seem that Time would be crawling. Yet after all that's done, Time would seem to jet by. That itself would be an question that would riddle people from time to time.

Beginning of the year was aok. Was working and pretty much, fun experience. But the experience of dragging back to home after walk isn't fun. Especially to walk a distance from the LRT station to house. -_-

Last but not least, I'd like to conclude this year of Graphics progress. I am not a talented person. I have little to no talent in art. I don't have much interesting concepts; etc like fusing a man with a clock or something. Some people are born with talent. I've noticed a particular friend on Facebook, well I have a few friends that are photographers as well. Some of them are much more experienced than this one in particular..

But nevertheless, I see his talent in his pictures. He's always known as the crazy person with wildest of all ideas.

Such people are born with talent to show the world, that it can be a better place with a little help of technology.

Personally, I was slightly interested in photography, but I was more of an editing person, so even if I had no talent in that area, but I don't mind, I'll continue learning it as a hobby.

And I'd get requests from time to time on turning it to money making opportunity. I turned them down, it was tempting. If you'd ask why, I do not wish, or isn't ready, to turn what started out as a passion to a money making opportunity.

    With that, 2011 is over.

    Second term.

Engineering Maths calls for more trouble, whereas I can't understand much on Electronics. Gonna start studying soon -_-

I'm through with TO. Tied up the loose ends and finished it.

Collected a few people's msns via Facebook, but I'm not gonna add them as I'm not sure if they're good people.

Need to think of a new email address anyway so meh.

didn't know what to write, had so much to say but I didn't know where to start.

I wanna change the template, along with the background. its getting old, especially the background.

i was still messing around with brushes when i made the backgrounds about 2 years back. ah wells.

So, I'ma list out the things I'm gonna do after this week, its exam week so im tied down with these shit.

    Listed in priority.

    1) Get lazy May off and teach her the basics of Shoop. ( Well yea, it's prioritized first cause of many reasons, mainly personal and we live in different timezones. )

    2) Clean up room. (It's been messy.)

    3) Get some new clothes. (I don't have fanciful clothes)

    4) Learn moar GFX. Either I can work on my current style or learn a new one.

    5) Change blog template and background. (It looks old, and dumb.)

    6) When next half semester starts, I'd try to study what have been taught for the day. (and not cram everything before exams, like what i'm doing now, that is, if Procrastination Derps don't hit me..)

    7) Roll with Chaos on Tricky. Tricky can get a bit too addictive so this one stays below my priorities.

Yup. That was Deuce. I missed him as he's out of HU. People keep saying several different reasons why he left, but as for what really transpired between them, who knows.

    Goin' on topic.

I titled this post [Accents.] ;cause I was drawn towards the issue of racism by the Accents of people.

Being a True blood Asian living in Asia, I naturally have an Asian Accent.
    While my time on Combat Arms; I heard a lot of different Accents. Be it Australian, Brazilian, American;

I only had known1 person sharing the same Accent as me. He's from Singapore too, but sadly, he said he would be going to do his Time soon..

I proceeded on to WetworksT7. That clan is real. The relationships between the senior members are real.

As they said they had organised meet-ups.

Being in WetworksT7; I had to use a program called Ventrilo to speak to players. Of course, initially I got on and listen to them talk.

The thing is, I could barely make out the words of what they're speaking at times. Their Accents are completely alien to me.

I tried to fit in, but I was obviously a misfit, a puzzle piece with a missing edge.

    So I finally left.

Just now; May brought her friends on Skype and we played those guessing Drawings games via a website.

when they started talking, I simply, felt out of place.

Isn't it ironic, I was telling May yesterday the importance of talking.

Perhaps us, Asians, should know our place.
